All products sold on Fotokadai.com are custom-made and carefully prepared for each order. Therefore:
- We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
- We do not provide refunds for any purchased products.
Replacement for Damaged Products
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged during shipping or delivery, we will provide a replacement under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Replacement
- The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Customers must provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Order ID and contact details
Replacement Process
- After verification, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
- Replacement requests for minor color variations or personal preference changes will not be accepted.
Important Notes
- Slight variations in color may occur due to screen/display settings and printing processes.
- Ensure that the uploaded photos are of good quality. We are not responsible for poor print results caused by low-resolution images provided by customers.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service availability.
